Growing up, I always remember my dad being particular when he washed the car. There was a certain way it should be done — and we couldn’t forget to do the tires and rims!
Well, all these years later and I admit that I am not particularly great at keeping my car washed regularly, and I’m definitely not good at keeping my rims and tires clean. Thankfully products such as Mean Green Auto & Garage are around for folks such as myself. It makes it easy to clean even the dirtiest and greasiest tires. In fact, it makes it pretty darn easy.
After washing my car, I got to the task of cleaning the rims and tires of my car. I can’t even remember the last time I washed my car at home much less did the tires, so this should be fun.
You’ll need a bucket of soapy water, a small scrub brush or toothbrush, and Mean Green Auto & Garage spray.
Spray the hubcaps liberally with the Mean Green spray. You will begin to see dirt and grime melting away, without even scrubbing yet!
Dip the toothbrush or scrub brush into the bucket of soapy water and begin scrubbing away at the grease, dirt, and grime. Add additional sprays of the Mean Green to help get any additional stubborn spots off. It might have taken a bit of elbow grease, but finally my tires and rims are looking great again!
The best part is that Mean Green Auto & Garage isn’t only for car tires, but is also perfect for putting in pressure washers, cleaning grills, or even using for outdoor toys such as quads or boats. My favorite part is how easy it is to use!
