I have always loved my Canon cameras. I remember when I bought my first Canon SLR back when I was in high school. I really felt like I was big time! It’s been 15 years since I bought that first camera, and although I have since upgraded my camera a few times I still have a Canon camera and I love it!
As a blogger, I keep wanting my pictures to get better and better. I see some of these other bloggers who are featured on CraftGawker and Pinterest and I think to myself, “I want to be just like her!” However, in order to take great pictures you also need to have great equipment. One of these great cameras is the Canon EOS Rebel T5i.
I bought my very first Canon camera at Best Buy, and in fact I bought my most recent Canon there too. Best Buy is the ultimate destination to check out the latest and greatest cameras in order to capture your Christmas memories. The best part is that although the Canon T5i may look intimidating at first, it is actually makes photography easy — for any skill level! Some of the many features of the Canon T5i are:
- Ability to capture full HD video
- Continuous autofocus while taking HD video
- An 18.0-megapixel CMOS sensor and a DIGIC 5 image processor to ensure vivid, crystal-clear images
- A 3-inch vari-angle touch screen
What I love about the Canon T5i is that the touch screen on the back of the camera swings out so that if you are filming at an awkward angle, such as maybe holding the camera above your head, you can pivot the screen so that even if you can’t see out the viewfinder you can still see what sort of picture you will be taking.
Another reason I am a loyal Canon customer (besides the fact that they are great cameras) is that all of the lenses are interchangeable. Remember that Canon I told you I bought in high school? Yeah, the one that I bought 15 years ago. I actually still use the lenses I bought for that first camera. My older lenses don’t have fun features such as image stabilization, but they still work well and serve their purpose.
