Longevity seems to run in my family. In fact, just this past weekend we celebrated my maternal grandmother’s 90th birthday. My paternal grandparents are 94 and 95.

This longevity hasn’t come without health challenges, however. My maternal grandmother had a significant stroke about eight years ago and my paternal grandmother had a major stroke a year and a half ago.
