Dinnertime in my house can be hectic. I don’t have time to stand at the stove or to prepare elaborate recipes — not with two young children running around! This is why I appreciate simple yet healthy meals such as the Lemon Garlic chicken made with Tessemae’s Lemon Garlic dressing and marinade.

For my chicken recipe, I chose the Lemon Garlic dressing and marinade, but there are over 25 options for dressings and condiments. I began by trimming 2 chicken breasts, which I cut into tenders and placed them in an oven-safe, covered bowl.
After preheating the over to 275 degrees, I poured Tessemae’s Lemon Garlic dressing over the chicken. Make sure that you pour enough over the chicken to cover it, but not so much that the dish will overflow. Be sure to put the lid on the dish.
Bake the chicken in the oven for approximately 3 hours, turning the chicken every so often to keep any spots from drying out.
Once the chicken is done it will be so tender it will just fall apart!
Some of the Tessemae’s flavors that I had the option to try were Organic Honey Balsamic, Organic Green Goddess, and Organic Balsamic which all work great as marinades in addition to dressings.
