It’s summer garden season! If you are like our family, you may have planted some zucchini. The problem with zucchini is that it grows like crazy and before you know it, you have more zucchini plants then you know what to do with. You can give it away to friends and neighbors, but why not use it to make delicious Chocolate Chocolate Zucchini Bread? What is even better is that this bread is perfect for freezing so you can make a bunch and save it for later.
(Helpful hint: If you aren’t planning on making the zucchini bread right after picking the zucchini, you can use a food processor to shred the zucchini. After you shred it, place a 2 cup portion in a ZipLock bag and freeze it until you are ready to bake!)
